Grant Information
Do you want to make your home renovations more affordable?
Grants for Insulation and Heating Controls are available to owners of homes built and occupied before 2006 (this is defined by the date your electricity meter was installed). Homes built from 2006 onward should have been constructed to the 2003 Building Regulations and should not need significant insulation upgrades. Grants for Heat Pump Systems and Solar Water Heating are available to all owners of homes built and occupied before 2011.
Insulation Grants
Grants are avaiable for a range of insulation upgrades including Attic Insulation, Cavity Wall insulation and External Wall Insulation. Grant Values range from €400 to €6,000 and we can advise you on the application process.
Deep Retrofit Grants
Deep retrofit grants are available to home owners who are looking to upgrade their older home to an A-Rated house. These grants are for getting multiple systems updated together and must include renewable energy solutions.
